We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items or gift cards
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care items (beauty products, hygiene-related items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days after approval, contact us at support@mionik.com.
